DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (DPA)
This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies to league administrators (“Customer”) who use MeanSalad.com.
1. Role of the Parties
Customer acts as the Data Controller for any league participant data entered into the Platform.
Silver Coast Communications, Inc. acts as a Data Processor solely for the purpose of providing the Platform.
2. Scope of Processing
The Company processes personal data only to:
• Store league records
• Display roster and schedule information
• Provide administrative tools
• Maintain system functionality
We do not sell personal data.
3. Data Entered by League Administrators
Customer represents and warrants that:
• They have legal authority to collect and input participant data
• They have obtained any required parental consent
• They comply with applicable privacy laws
The Company is not responsible for improper data collection by Customer.
4. Security Measures
The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
No security system is guaranteed to be immune from breach.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Upon account termination, data may be deleted after a commercially reasonable retention period.
The Company is not obligated to retain league data indefinitely.
